Privacy at FareHawk

FareHawk is designed for anonymous-first trip comparison and minimal data retention.

What we collect

We process trip constraints needed to compare options. We do not request passport numbers, payment cards, legal names, loyalty credentials, or children’s names. Child ages may be required to price travel correctly.

Retention

Anonymous raw search text defaults to 24 hours. Authenticated raw search text defaults to 30 days unless a traveler saves the trip. Normalized constraints, consent records, and legally necessary financial reconciliation data follow separate documented schedules.

Your controls

Account holders can export data, revoke preference-memory consent, and request deletion. Personal data is deleted or anonymized while records legally needed for financial reconciliation are detached from identity.

Sharing and vendors

Share links are unguessable, expiring, revocable, and excluded from indexing. A configuration-derived subprocessor list must be reviewed before production.
